Beautiful property, great food options. The location was perfect for my new year celebration getaway. The property and surroundings were stunning. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options.
Language barriers and poor customer service. Unfortunately, the language barriers were a bit frustrating at times, and some of the staff seemed unhappy to assist.

The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments like massages and body wraps. The outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The location advantages were impressive, with direct beach access and a picturesque garden area.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the special diet menus at the restaurant. While the food quality was excellent, the options for those with dietary restrictions were limited.

Had an awesome Easter trip! The highlight of the trip was the all-you-can-eat buffets and the private beach. Prime location near the lively shopping area, too! Biggest perk was definitely the friendly staff. They treated us like we were royalty. Even offered free upgrades!
The lack of activities outside during our stay. Oh, and the housekeeping wasn't so meticulous, probably because of the Easter rush.

We loved everything about our stay, from the exceptional cleanliness to the wonderful hotel facilities. The parking was easy and the transportation was convenient, allowing us to explore many places in this city. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants available for all three main meals of the day, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, always remembering our preferences and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
